Housekeeping
Responsible for providing the hotel with the proper cleaning and servicing of guestrooms ensuring rooms, public areas and hotel are clean, orderly and compliant to brand and company standards. Provide a safe, clean and healthy environment. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions.
Lead Housekeeper
Responsible for providing the hotel with the proper cleaning and servicing of guestrooms ensuring rooms, public areas and hotel are clean, orderly and compliant to brand and company standards. Must be able to supervise, organize, motivate, direct, and control the housekeeping department under the guidance of the General Manager. Provide a safe, clean and healthy environment. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions.
Breakfast Room Attendant
Responsible for the breakfast service for our guests and ensures a quality dining experience for them. Provide a safe, clean and healthy environment. This includes well-cooked quality food, pleasing presentation and excellent service. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions.
Facilities Technician
Responsible for providing the hotel with the proper maintenance and repairs ensuring guest rooms, public areas and exterior of hotel are well maintained, orderly and compliant to brand and company standards. Must perform highly diversified and various duties to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain the facility under the direction of the supervisors. Provide a safe, clean and healthy environment. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions.
Front Desk Agent
Responsible for checking in/out our guests, inform guests about hotel facilities/services, fulfill their requests during their stay, answer telephone inquiries, make reservations and ensures a quality experience for the guests. Provide a safe, clean and healthy environment. This includes attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions. At peak times partial shifts may be required.
Front Office Manager
Responsible to facilitate, supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the front desk agents. The Front Office Manager will assist and act in the place of the General Manager when they are away from the hotel. During those periods of time they will report directly to the Regional Manager. Provide a safe clean and healthy environment. This includes attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions.
Assistant General Manager
Responsible for facilitation, supervision and coordination of the daily activities of the hotel. The Assistant General Manager will assist and act in the place of the General Manager when they are away from the hotel. They will facilitate a safe, clean and healthy environment. This includes attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions.
General Manager
Responsible for facilitation, supervision and coordination of the daily activities of the hotel. They will provide a safe, clean and healthy environment. This includes attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions. Ultimately, all aspects of the hotel operations including but not limited to guest services, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control all fall under the General Manager’s responsibility.
