Starting with humble beginnings in the 1920’s, Torre and Nicole’s great-grandfather Fred Stockley, spent his career operating hotels in London. Their grandfather, Lloyd L Day became a broker in the 50’s and bought, sold, and operated hotels until his death in 1987. Torre started his career in hospitality in 1989. Shortly after that, he met Robert Burkette, a leading hotel broker, and began a close friendship and mentoring relationship with him utilizing his extensive knowledge which included more than twenty years in top management positions with the Hyatt Corporation. Torre’s sister, Nicole started her hospitality career in 1993 building off early childhood experiences in the operations of hotels.

With this rich family history of hotel entrepreneurship, Torre and Nicole have built on the success of the past generations and brought the company to a bright future. Lincoln Asset Management is now one of the top, independent management companies in the Northwest.
